A focused 14–30 day technical evaluation for U.S. video streaming companies that want to see — concretely, with quantified results, on their own data — whether AI-powered data quality is worth investing in.
We could send you a deck. We could send you a Loom. We have. They don't change buyer behavior the way quantified results on your own data do. So we run a structured 14–30 day evaluation against one of your non-production streams, deliver a written technical report, and let the data speak.
If the report shows OptiStreamAI catches anomalies your current tooling misses — at the latency we promise — we'll discuss a paid pilot or annual contract. If it doesn't, you walk away with a free technical assessment of your streaming-data pipeline. Either outcome is genuinely useful.
Non-production data only. No PII access. No production credentials. We work behind a mutual NDA + a brief 1-page evaluation agreement signed with Ronex Solutions LLC.
One engineering reviewer, ≤4 hours total over 14–30 days. We do the setup, the deployment, the analysis. You get a 30-minute kickoff and a 30-minute readout.
Written technical report: anomalies detected, MTTD, false-positive rate, integration recommendations, projected ROI. Yours to keep regardless of whether you continue.
Alexander Motylev — IEEE Senior Member, former Director of Data Test Engineering at Paramount Global / Pluto TV — runs every pilot personally. You get the founder, not an account exec.
For us to deliver a useful evaluation, we need a few things from your side. All lightweight. All scoped to the 14–30 day window.
Here's exactly what happens, day by day. (For the 14-day variant, we compress weeks 3–4 into days 8–14.)
We review every pilot application within 24 hours. If we're a fit, we send a Calendly link for the kickoff call.
Founder + your engineering reviewer. We agree on scope, the data stream, success criteria, and the integration pattern (Python library or BigQuery ML).
DocuSign. We send both documents — pre-filled and ready to sign — within 4 hours of the kickoff.
We deploy the Anomaly Detection module against your non-prod stream. Up to 6 hours of integration support from founder. Model trains on your data over a 7-day baseline window.
Real-time anomaly scoring with daily summaries posted to a private Slack channel. Every flagged anomaly gets a "is this signal real?" review from your engineer.
Founder + reviewer. Calibrate thresholds. Decide if 14 days has produced enough signal or if we extend to 30.
Written PDF: anomalies detected, MTTD, false-positive rate, comparison to your existing tooling, integration recommendations, projected annual ROI. Sent 24 hours before the readout call.
We walk through the report together. You decide: convert to paid pilot, sign an annual contract, or thank us and walk away with a free assessment.
We have limited capacity — 5 pilots per quarter. We prioritize companies where we can produce the most useful results in 14–30 days. Here's what we look for:
Five-minute application. We respond within 24 hours. If we're a fit, we send a Calendly link for the kickoff call.
We're opening your email client now to deliver your application directly. If it didn't open, email hello@optistreamai.com directly with your details. We respond within 24 hours.
We work entirely with non-production data — synthetic streams, staging tables, or sanitized samples. No PII access. No production credentials. The mutual NDA covers anything you do share. If you can't share even non-production data, we can run the pilot against a synthetic dataset that mimics your topology — we just need a schema and one engineer to validate the synthetic data is representative.
One of three outcomes: (1) You decide it's worth a paid pilot — we move to a $1,500 / 30-day production engagement against 1–3 real streams. (2) You decide it's worth an annual contract — we move to a SaaS engagement starting at $50K/year. (3) You decide it's not the right time — we thank you, you keep the technical report, and we both walk away. No pressure. No retention games.
Yes. We can review and sign your standard MNDA template. Our template exists so that companies without a standard template can move quickly. Either way, signed via DocuSign within 24 hours of kickoff.
The 30-day pilot is our default because it's the shortest window that produces statistically meaningful results. If you need a longer evaluation or want to evaluate against multiple streams, we'll discuss a paid pilot ($1,500 / 30 days for up to 3 streams). The free 14–30 day evaluation is intentionally scoped to one stream.
Not during the free 14–30 day evaluation. Production access requires SOC 2 attestation on our side (planned for months 6–12). For the evaluation, non-prod or staging data is sufficient to demonstrate detection quality and false-positive rate. The paid pilot ($1,500 / 30 days) operates against production data once SOC 2 Type I is in place.
The Isolation Forest baseline behaves differently at 10K events/min versus 2M events/min. Knowing your volume up-front lets us configure the right window size and pre-allocate compute. Doesn't have to be exact — order of magnitude is enough.
You do. The report is delivered to you as a PDF and you can do whatever you want with it — share internally, archive, use as input to your roadmap, even share with another vendor. We retain a copy and we may reference the engagement (anonymized as "a mid-sized U.S. streaming company" unless you give explicit permission to name).
Maybe. Our core focus is video streaming, but the methodology applies to any high-volume event stream — ad-tech impression logs, IoT telemetry, fintech transactions, healthcare records. If you're in an adjacent vertical with comparable volume, apply and tell us about your use case. We accept a small number of adjacent pilots per quarter.
"I personally read every pilot application and run every kickoff call. We accept five pilots per quarter because that's the most I can run well alongside the rest of the company. If you apply and don't hear back within 24 hours, email me directly — alex@optistreamai.com — that means something went wrong with the form."
